What can you expect from E/FG?

The practical way in which we provide our suggestions and answers. We try to be direct and clear in order to avoid doubts or misunderstandings, considering that clients require specific opinions or actions and not receiving additional responsibility on their daily queries.

Will E/FG adapt to my needs?

It all starts with having a close relation with clients. Having such direct relation allows developing trust and by means of that, we can understand better the dynamics of their businesses. With this information, it is easier for us to execute preventive plans and provide a more effective advice.

Can we find flexibility on the processes?

Being continuously effective while rendering services generates trust on clients. In order to get to this point, all internal processes must have been developed and reviewed. This allows us to confirm and evaluate our answers to queries on time. It is not an immediate process; therefore, we are always trying to enhance our methodology to understand and cover the clients’ needs. We believe there is no protocol or process that does not require constant review.

Which additional characteristic would you highlight?

We are able to anticipate to additional topics or future barriers the clients may face in time. Anticipation on these matters, reduces costs and risks. Hence, understanding the client’s activity from the entrepreneurship point of view and not only from a technical perspective, helps us in our services.

What kind of clients do you work with?

We have several different types of clients. From international companies with offices around the world that are registered on stock markets, to middle-size companies or even companies on developing stages that require reasonable legal advice according to their needs. We try to keep with every client the close relation with mentioned earlier. In this sense, we are not looking to massify our number of clients but rather have a certain amount to manage the trust, quality, and comfort that we are able to offer.

How do you face the current uncertainty?

The current scenario, with its political instability and rules changing very often, requires strategic advice and not only to know how to comply with processes. The context invites to use this moment to update the business models following the creativity and the clients’ market needs. We believe in both cases, we are able to help and collaborate on their development, working together on this new scenario.
