Lawyer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru. Carlos holds and LLM Master in International and Commercial Law by the University of Buckingham, England, UK, graduated with merit.

During his professional experience, Carlos has not only worked for several years specializing in corporate, foreign investment and commercial matters in Peru but also worked abroad in the city of London at the International Bar Association (IBA) main office and Farani & Taylor Law Firm.

Carlos has been appointed as Commercial Advisor (Beachhead Advisor) for Peru by New Zealand Trade & Enterprise. Also, he is recognized as expert consultant by Business Finland and acted as the Legal Counsel of the commercial office of the Xunta de Galicia in Peru.

He was the Legal Director in charge of the Corporate and Commercial Legal Area of PwC Peru.

Currently he is senior lecturer of Corporate Law and Comparative Corporate Law at ESAN School of Business.

He was member of the Law Society of England and Wales International Section and he is also member of the International Bar Association Interns Alumni.

Nominated as the recommended corporate law expert in Peru by the UK magazine Global Law Experts (GLE) in 2014 and 2019.

Author of the business book named “Temas de Inversión Extranjera y Derecho Empresarial” published by Palestra Editores.

Carlos has been recognized as member of “La Orden de Caballeros del Camino de Santiago” which is an organization recognized by the Spanish Kingdom.
